Hummus Chicken

Alright, so I've finally tweaked and refined this recipe to how my hubby and I like it. If you remember back to my first First Impressions Friday, this was the recipe we tried out. I mentioned I had a few things to change about the recipe which I've done. I think I just changed up the vegetables used in the dish. Instead of squash and zucchini,  I used broccoli and carrots.
