Welcome to day 3 of 3 Course Valentine's Dinner for Two! No clue what this whole series is about!? It's ok click that link and it will explain everything. Today we are moving on to the second course of the menu! We are going to start with the side dish and then tomorrow we will move on to the main dish. So let's head into my kitchen and start cooking...
Step-by-Step Pictures
Gather ingredients and cookware.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Chop broccoli and place into a bowl.
Either mince or grate garlic and add to the bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and a few dashes of seasoning salt, pepper, and oregano. If you want to give the broccoli a kick add a few dashes of red pepper flakes.
Spray a large pan with cooking spray.
Mix everything in the bowl together.
Place broccoli mixture on pan and roast for 20-25 minutes or
until done to desired level.
Enjoy!
The broccoli comes out super tasty and if you want can be crunchy. Like I said before, tomorrow we will be making the Stuffed Steak Bundles!

Thanks for sharing on Pin it Thursday. I love roasted broccoli! I usually use just butter, salt, and then grated parmesan in last 5 minutes of roasting, but this recipe looks great, too.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds good too! That's the great thing about cooking. Everyone has a different recipe or way they cook something and it usually tastes just as good or even better!
DeleteI love that you list and label the cookware too. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I do it because I hate when you are right in the middle of cooking a recipe and all of sudden you realize you don't have something you need to finish the recipe! So I think it's important for you to know exactly what you are going to need.
